DESCRIPTION:Code Red Climate Crisis: In his recent book\, “How to Avoid a Climate Disaster\,” Bill Gates writes\, “If nothing else changes\, the world will keep producing greenhouse gases\, climate change will keep getting worse\, and the impact on humans will in all likelihood be catastrophic.”\n\nOur speaker\, Dorelle Ackermann\, a retired science teacher\, is passionate about climate change and global warming. She will address climate change that is evident today\, the basic science of global warming\, and the existing technology to “draw down” atmospheric carbon dioxide .\n\nPlease invite spouses\, friends and acquaintances. All women are invited.\n\nAs always\, a delicious $10.00 lunch will be served prior to the program.
