Basic Estate Planning: What Every Family Needs to Know
Many people think that because their estate is under the exemption limit for the estate tax, they don’t need to worry about it. Nothing could be farther from the truth. The reality is that estate planning is a means of controlling personal and financial security for both you and your loved ones. Failing to adequately plan for one’s estate means that you are turning over important decisions to third-parties such as the courts and government.
Robert Varak in over a decade as a practicing attorney has focused on estate planning and business law where he has extensive experience as both a transactional attorney and litigator. He has successfully litigated on behalf of Fortune 500 corporations as well as individual entrepreneurs.
Our speaker is a graduate of the University of Illinois (B.A. 1993) and the John Marshall Law School (J.D. 1996) where he was recognized as a Dean’s scholar. He is married and the father of three young daughters. His law office is in Naperville, IL.
As always, a delicious $5.00 lunch will be served prior to the program. If you have not made a reservation with your caller, please make one by calling the church office, 630-323-4303 ext. 6652, no later than Monday morning, February 12, 2018.
