On Thursday, March 1, from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. Micaela Saviano (church member) and Karen Drengler, Sr. Managers with Deloitte, will offer a free seminar on the recent tax overhaul. Micaela Saviano is a Senior Manager in the Deloitte Private Wealth Tax practice in Chicago. Her career in public accounting has been focused on serving ultra-wealthy individuals, family offices, and closely-held businesses on tax and financial matters. She specializes in structuring family offices, estate planning, fiduciary taxation, post mortem administration and family investment partnerships.

Karen Drengler is a Senior Manager in the Investment Management practice in Chicago. Karen has over thirteen years of experience proving tax compliance and consulting services to high net worth individuals and their privately held flow-through businesses. Karen has experience in consulting on the structuring and restructuring of investment vehicles, including family partnerships as well as the drafting and amending of partnership agreements. In serving high net worth individuals, Karen has been consulted regarding the benefits of a private foundation, the use of trusts, and modeling the effects of gift tax planning ideas.
