9:07 am – Palm Processional and Prayer Stations

Gather outside the chapel to imagine the entry of Jesus into Jerusalem and then get ready for this Holy Week journey.

10 am – Palm Processional and Dramatic Storytelling

Gather in the courtyard (weather permitting) to process with palms together, singing our Hosannas, and then prepare for Jesus’s passion through the dramatic reading of the Gospel of Mark.

Maundy Thursday, March 29, 2018
7 pm – Worship with Communion

This service commemorates Jesus’s last supper with his disciples and culminates with Tenebrae – the extinguishing of candles as we enter the dark days before Easter.

Good Friday, March 30, 2018
7 pmStories at the Cross

This service, held in the intimacy of the Chapel, features reflections on the seven last words of Jesus from the cross in the form of personal stories, told by staff and members of Union Church. Spirituals and other piano music shapes our worship.

Parking is available for Easter Sunday at the Garfield Crossing Lot, located north of the Middle School and behind FedEx.

9:07 amWorship With Communion and Brass

An extended version of our 9:07 service, which is geared for the needs of our youngest parishioners, this service in highly interactive, but also features beloved traditional elements, including brass and holy communion.

10:30am – Easter Worship With Choir and Brass

A joy-filled celebration of Christ’s resurrection, including a sermon by Rev. Mike Solberg, brass guiding our singing, and a children’s moment. Nursery available for infants and children under 5; children 5 and up worship with their families.
