.What is Market Day?

Market Day is a monthly fundraiser for The Allegro Handbell Ensemble.  Each month you have the opportunity to order items from the wide variety of prepared foods, meats, poultry, seafood, desserts, snacks, beverages, etc. offered by Market Day.  10% of the price you pay for your order is donated by Market Day to the Ensemble.  There is no minimum order, nor do you have to order every month.

How do I place an order?

1.  Order forms are available at church in three places:  the marked rack in the narthex, on the table next to the name tags in the Gathering Place, and in another marked rack just inside the north entrance to the church.  Fill out the form with the items you’d like and your contact information and return the form to either the rack by the north entrance or the rack in the narthex by the deadline date and time (see below).


2. You may order and pay online by logging on to  Be sure to indicate that your order is to benefit the Allegro Handbell Ensemble by entering our account number, 1359, where indicated.  Ordering online also offers you the opportunity to take advantage of special offers that may not be available on the printed order form.

How do I receive my order?

Market Day pick up is scheduled for one Saturday per month from September through May (see list of dates below).  On pick up day between 9:30 and 10:00 am, drive into the driveway along Garfield, just west of the sanctuary.  Our smiling bell ringers will be there to bring your order to your car and collect payment (unless you’ve already paid by credit card online—that is the easier way to do it if you can!)

Written orders are due by 5 pm on the Wednesday dates above.  Online orders may be placed until 11 pm on those dates.

Income from Market Day is a very important source of support for the Allegro Handbell Ensemble.  Without these funds the group would not be able to cover the costs of our annual tour and other expenses.
